Global Treasure Quest Registration

Important Details

1. Fill out your registration and submit. 

   

2. Email a "headshot" photo to: go@globaltreasurequest.com 

*We will also be asking for a full length, higher quality photo, for our "GTQ Competitors Page during the registration process.

 

3. A $500 trip deposit will be due to secure your spot in the GTQ Event after registration. Your deposit is included in the $5,900 GTQ event fee and refundable (less a $250 processing fee and "swag cost").

 

Cancellation Refund Schedule:

• 100% of $5,900 refundable if canceled between 120 days prior to the event. 

• 75% of $5,900 refundable if canceled between 90 days prior to the event.

• 50% of $5,900 refundable if canceled between 60 days prior to the event.

• 25% of $5,900 refundable if canceled between 30 days prior to the event.

• 0% of $5,900 refundable if canceled between 0-30 days prior to the event.

4. Once individuals have registered and have paid their $500 deposit, they will receive a Global Treasure Quest™ Guide with specific information, next steps, payment plan and forms needed that are pertinent prior to the GTQ event. You will also receive additional "GTQ swag" prior to the GTC event like a T-shirt and buff, GTQ luggage tags, and commemorative travel water bottle!

5. Once you submit your registration, you have 7 days to make your $500 entry fee deposit and secure your spot as a GTC participant. If we haven't received your deposit within the 7 days, we will put you on our "reserve" participant list until the deposit is made, as your spot will be made available to other first-come, first-reserved participants that register.

6. Payments may be made in the following ways:

 

• Online: You can pay by credit card.

• By Check: Checks should be made out to Global Treasure Quest™ and mailed to our P.O. Box (see Deposit and Payment Page)

• Money Order or Cashiers Check: Made out to Global Treasure Quest

• Bank Wire: If you prefer this option, please contact us for wiring instructions. ​​​
