• What is Global Treasure Quest™?

  • Global Treasure Quest™ is an annual around-the-world travel adventure competition and future YouTube travel adventure series. 20 teams of 2 will compete against each other and our two "Reality TV's Ultimate Stars" teams. You'll be exploring diverse destinations, experience amazing adventures and competing to be crowned the Global Treasure Quest Champions™.

• How long does the event last?

  • ​The event spans 23 days, traveling to five specific countries.

• How many teams participate?

  • Every GTQ event has 20 teams of 2 participants and 2 "Reality TV's Ultimate Stars" teams, each joining from around the world, including the United States.

• What are the prizes?

  • The winning team receives "Global Treasure Quest Champions™" medals and a $50,000 Ultimate Treasure cash prize to split. There are smaller cash and prizes awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each country.

• Where does the event start and end?

  • The adventure kicks off and concludes in Los Angeles and journeys across five countries: Arusha, Tanzania; Cape Town, South Africa; Tauranga, New Zealand; Fiji; and Cusco, Peru.

• How do teams navigate the competition?

  • Teams receive clues, challenges and contests, dares, trivia and scavenger hunt-type tasks to lead them to the hidden treasure. Additional clues and advantages are earned through "country challenges" and special days like "Adventure Day" and "Impact Day."

• Is it safe?

  • Participant safety is our top priority. We work closely with local contacts and adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

• How are challenges designed?

  • Challenges are a mix of mental, physical, and creative tasks, crafted to be fun, adventurous, and unique. They aim to push participants out of their comfort zones while maintaining a spirit of excitement.

• Can anyone participate?

  • Yes, the competition is open to teams from the United States and around the world. Teams of two individuals and single participants, over the age of 18, may register.
